Here’s how trading at Field of Dreams works
We welcome a varied mix of interesting traders to Field of Dreams. Please read the information below before submitting your booking request.
Caterers: please email kate@vwfieldofdreams.co.uk with details of your catering business, full menu and prices.

Wait for approval
We try to make sure every trader offers something different, so we cannot accept every application.
We will respond by email. Successful applicants will receive a link to make payment, so please keep an eye on your Junk folder.

Receive your trade passes
Once payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your trade passes and entry tickets.
Please save or print them and bring them with you to the show.

What to expect when you arrive
Friday set-up
Confirmed traders can arrive and begin setting up from 11:00am on Friday 3 September 2027.
Weekend campers begin arriving later, so this gives you time to get established before the public areas become busier.
At the gate
Give your trade name at the gate. You will be issued with the correct number of wristbands and directed to your pitch in the trade area.
Please purchase any additional wristbands you need before the show or at the gate.
During the weekend
Live entertainment runs into the evening, so depending on your trade, you may choose to remain open later.
The main office, show crew and security staff will be available if you need any help.
Need extra set-up time?
A limited number of traders can be accommodated earlier where extra set-up time is genuinely needed.
Please arrange this with Kate in advance rather than arriving early without confirmation.

About trade pitch applications
Field of Dreams aims to offer visitors a varied and interesting selection of traders. This means an application is not automatically accepted, even where space may still be available.
All decisions are confirmed by email. Please enter your email address carefully and check your Junk folder for messages from us.
Your pitch is not confirmed until your application has been approved and payment has been completed.
